Export Control & ITAR/EAR Notice

KDP 3D Solutions operates in industries where technical data may be subject to U.S. export controls. This Notice is provided to place all users, customers, and suppliers on formal notice of export control obligations.

1. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether any data, drawings, specifications, models, or other information you transmit is controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), or other applicable export/sanctions laws.

2. Do Not Submit Controlled Data Without Prior Written Authorization

DO NOT UPLOAD OR TRANSMIT ITAR-CONTROLLED TECHNICAL DATA OR OTHER RESTRICTED EXPORT DATA WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM THE COMPANY.

If controlled data is required for a program, it must be handled under an executed agreement specifying controls, authorized personnel, and transmission methods.

3. Sanctions and Restricted Parties

You represent that you are not located in, organized in, or acting on behalf of a sanctioned country or restricted party, and you will not use Company services for prohibited end uses.

4. No Liability Assumption

The Company does not assume liability for improperly transmitted controlled data submitted by users or third parties. Submission of controlled data without authorization is at the sender’s sole risk.
