IP Ownership & Confidentiality (NDA Summary)

This page summarizes the Company’s standard approach to confidentiality and intellectual property (“IP”) when working with customer designs and technical data. If an executed NDA or written contract exists, that agreement controls.

1. Customer IP

Customer retains ownership of Customer-provided designs, drawings, CAD files, specifications, and other technical data supplied to the Company. The Company receives only a limited right to use such data to perform requested services.

2. Company Know-How

The Company retains ownership of its manufacturing know-how, methods, workflow templates, software, process parameters, internal tools, fixtures concepts, and general expertise, including improvements not uniquely derived from Customer confidential information.

3. Confidentiality Controls

The Company restricts access to Customer technical data to authorized personnel with a need to know and applies reasonable safeguards. Customer shall likewise treat Company quotations, pricing, and process details as confidential.

4. Publicity / Case Studies

The Company will not publish Customer name, part images, drawings, or identifying details in marketing or case studies without Customer’s prior written consent. Anonymous capability examples may be used only when they cannot reasonably identify Customer or reveal confidential technical details.
