KDP 3D Solutions is committed to delivering consistent, engineering-led additive manufacturing services with controlled processes, clear documentation, and continual improvement. This statement describes our quality approach and compliance practices aligned with ISO 9001 principles.

1. Process Control and Documentation

We maintain defined workflows for order review, file control, revision management, production, post-processing, and final verification as applicable. Customer requirements are reviewed prior to acceptance to confirm feasibility and clarity.

2. Material and Lot Traceability (When Required)

Where required by Customer or contract, we maintain material identification and batch/lot tracking and can provide supporting documentation such as certificates and inspection records to the extent available for the selected process and material.

3. Inspection and Verification

Verification activities are performed as appropriate to the job scope and requirements, which may include visual inspection, dimensional checks, and functional verification criteria provided by Customer. Specialized inspection may be quoted separately.

4. Nonconformance and Corrective Action

Nonconforming outputs are controlled to prevent unintended use. When applicable, we perform root-cause evaluation and corrective actions proportional to risk and customer impact.

5. Training and Competency

Personnel performing work affecting output quality are trained to applicable procedures and job requirements, with emphasis on repeatability and documented practices.

6. Continuous Improvement

We pursue continuous improvement through internal reviews, customer feedback, defect trend analysis, and process updates.

7. Compliance

We comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements relevant to our operations. Where customer requirements exceed baseline practices (e.g., aerospace or medical), additional controls may be implemented by agreement and documented in the applicable contract.
