Clear build control, clean revisions, and documentation you can rely on
We run prints like manufacturing work: inputs are controlled, builds are documented, and changes are tracked. If you need inspection notes, traceability, or an NDA, tell us up front and we’ll align on what “done” looks like.
The basics that prevent surprises
Most print issues come from unclear requirements, mixed revisions, or last-minute changes. Our process is built around avoiding those problems.
Fit, function, orientation constraints, surface expectations, and deadline confirmed before we start
Files, notes, and changes stay organized so the right version gets built and shipped
Material, settings profile, print orientation, and support approach recorded for repeatability
Visual checks are standard; dimensional checks and short summaries available when requested
Documentation options (as needed)
Not every job needs paperwork. But when it does, we can provide lightweight documentation that helps with receiving, internal approvals, or repeating the build later.
- Build summary: material, process, key notes, and any constraints
- Revision reference: file name/version and date received
- Dimensional spot checks for critical features (when defined)
- Photo set for as-built condition (optional)
Ask for what you need
Simple checklistIf you have a required template or internal form, send it with the RFQ and we’ll confirm what we can support.
Inspection that matches the job
Tolerances depend on geometry, material, and orientation. We’ll be direct about what’s realistic and flag risk areas before we print.
- Visual condition and obvious defects
- Fit-related quick checks when applicable
- Packaging and handling appropriate to the part
- Dimensional spot checks on defined features
- Simple measurement summary (photos + values)
- First-article style notes for repeat runs
NDA-friendly by default
Many parts are proprietary. We treat models and drawings as confidential and use them only for quoting, planning, and producing your work.
- NDA available for technical discussions
- Files kept only as long as needed for the job or repeat orders (as agreed)
- Clear separation of customer projects to avoid mix-ups
For regulated or sensitive programs
If your program has specific requirements for documentation, labeling, retention, or controlled communication, include them with the RFQ.
We’ll confirm what we can support and align expectations before we start.
- Critical dimensions and acceptance criteria
- Target delivery date and any hard constraints
- Required documentation format (if any)
Want a quote with the right level of documentation?
Send your CAD file and tell us what matters most: fit, strength, finish, timeline, and any inspection or documentation needs.
If you already have a checklist or internal form, attach it and we’ll align to it where practical.
